Eliana Serna Perez is a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach with a Master’s in Functional and Integrative Nutrition from Saybrook University and over five years of experience. She specializes in gut health and inflammation, helping clients enhance digestion and reduce chronic inflammation through personalized nutrition and lifestyle plans.
With clinical experience at a wellness center, Eliana has co-managed patient care and supported detox programs. She also conducts workshops at Yale University on mindful eating, superfoods, and healthy meal prep, fostering healthier relationships with food.
Drawing from her own experience managing autoimmune disease, Eliana offers compassionate, sustainable wellness strategies tailored to individual needs.
